WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE THE DRIED SAUSAGES?
We always recommend storing our dried sausages outside the fridge in a dry and dark place. At home they hang in the kitchen or lay in a bread basket with a tea towel over it. Of course it is best to eat them right away! Great with a beer or a glass of wine.
HOW LONG DO THE DRIED SAUSAGE KEEP?
On paper, our dried sausages are good for 2 months. The longer you store the sausages, the drier they become and the stronger the taste. This is also possible when they are cut. French people easily let the sausages dry for six months. However, the average of our customers is 2 evenings.
WHAT IS THE MOLD GROWTH ON OUR DRIED SAUSAGE?
CAN I EAT THE SKIN?
Oui, you can just eat the skin. The skin is made from the pig’s large intestine and is therefore natural.
I HAVE AN ALLERGY, WHAT SHOULD I LOOK OUT FOR?
All our dried sausages contain lactose. It may also contain traces of nuts. The meat is mixed in the same machine. Furthermore, all our sausages are gluten free, except the variant with fried onion.

We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days. We pack all orders ordered and paid before 24:00 the next day and then they leave our shop.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs are €5.95. With an expenditure of 50 euros or more, the shipping costs are free.

When will I receive my subscription?
You will receive your subscription each time after the debit has been received by us. We send out our sausages every day. As a result, most packages are delivered within 24 hours.
