Description
The sausage storage box is perfect for storing sausages. The wood box is spacious enough to store three sausages. There is an air hole on the side for air circulation and a ‘Laguiole style’ knife on the other side. The knife is razor-sharp and is perfect for slicing deliciously thin slices of real French saucisson. The storage box does not contain any sausages.
Composition of the sausages
All Monsieur Saucisson sausages are made of pork meat with added spices. There are different types in this box. With all sausages you can eat the outside. The outside is made of pork casing. This is natural and therefore edible. The sausages weigh between 160 and 180 grams.
When do we eat these saucissons?
The sausages can actually be eaten at various times of the day. At breakfast, lunch or brunch. They are particularly tasty with drinks. Nice wine, a cheese or olives. The saucisson is not only bought for daily use, but also as a gift for friends / family or as a business gift.
Allergens
All Monsieur Saucisson saucissons contain no gluten. With 1 exception: the fried onion sausage. The sausages are not lactose free. In addition, all sausages may contain traces of nuts.
How long and how do I store the sausages?
The sausages will keep for a minimum of 2 months. They are best kept outside of the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can hang the sausages up in the kitchen or cellar. Cut into pieces, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.
