Our Chorizo sausage is nice and spicy. The overriding flavour is Paprika and whilst Chorizo is actually a Portuguese sausage, our French sausage maker does a fantastic job. Our Chorizo is drier and contains less fat than your average Chorizo. This makes it ideal for adding to recipes, providing you add the Chorizo at the end of the process…just long enough to warm it up. If you are looking to fry-up a Chorizo sausage, then we recommend using the sweetChorizo variety form our selection.

These sausages are composed of pork meat and added herbs. The extra ingredients we have added gives the Chorizo it’s special flavour. As with all our sausages, the outside can also be consumed. The outside layer is made of pork intestine. Completely natural and edible. The sausages weigh between 160 grams and 180 grams.

The sausages can be eaten at many moments throughout the day, Breakfast, brunch or lunch. We think they really come into their own when having a drink at the end of the day. Perfect with a glass of wine and some olives or some cheese on the side. The sausages are not just for every day consumption but are popular as a small gift to family, friends or clients.

All our sausages are 100% gluten free with the exception of our fried onion sausages. The sausages are not lactose free and all are sausages can contain traces of nuts.

The sausages are edible for a minimum of 2 months. They are best kept out of the fridge in a dark, dry place. You could hang-up the sausages in your kitchen, pantry or cellar, check out our hanging display system. When sliced, the sausages remain good for 4 to 6 weeks.
