Our Olive sausage is unsurprisingly filled with green Olives. The addition of Olives gives the sausage a saltier taste. Apart from the taste and the colour, the Olives also give the sausage a more succulent texture.

We have added green Olives to our classic recipe of pork meatand added herbs. The addition of green Olives provide the sausages with extra saltiness and a more succulent texture. As with all our sausages, the outside can also be consumed. The outside layer is made of pork intestine. Completely natural and edible. The sausages weigh between 160 grams and 180 grams.

The sausages can be eaten at many moments throughout the day, breakfast, brunch or lunch. Wethink they really come into their own when having a drink at the end of the day. Perfect with a glass of wine and some olives or some cheese on the side. The sausages are not just for every day consumption but are popular as a small gift to family, friends or clients.

All our sausages are 100% gluten free with the exception of our fried onion sausages. The sausages are not lactose free and all are sausages can contain traces of nuts.

The sausages are edible for a minimum of 2 months. They are best kept out of the fridge in a dark, dry place. You could hang-up the sausages in your kitchen, pantry or cellar, check out our hanging display system. When sliced, the sausages remain good for 4 to 6 weeks.
