Composition dry sausage with aged cheese

A limited edition of Monsieur Saucisson. Together with the Frenchman, we have combined the best of two worlds; French sausage with Dutch mature cheese. This dried sausage contains whole pieces of Dutch mature cheese. A delicious combination of meat and cheese. Delicious with a good glass of red wine!

All Monsieur Saucisson sausages are basically made of pork with added herbs. The other additions make the sausage special in taste. With all sausages you can also eat the outside. It is made of pork casing. It is therefore natural and edible. The sausages weigh between 160 and 180 grams.

When do we eat these saucissons?

The sausages can actually be eaten at various times of the day. At breakfast, lunch or brunch. They are particularly tasty with drinks. Nice wine, a cheese or olives. The saucisson is not only bought for daily use, but also as a gift for friends / family or as a business gift.

Allergens

All Monsieur Saucisson saucissons contain no gluten. With 1 exception: the fried onion sausage. The sausages are not lactose free. In addition, all sausages may contain traces of nuts.

How long and how do I store the sausages?

The sausages can be kept for at least 2 months. This also applies to the dry sausage with (old) cheese. It is best to store these outside of the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can hang the sausages in the kitchen or cellar. Cut into pieces, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.
