The Piment d’Espelette sausage is one of the spiciest flavours. The saucisson has a very powerful flavour. It is full of flavour from the start and has a spicy aftertaste towards the end. Delicious with a sip of beer!

All Monsieur Saucisson sausages are made of pork meat with added spices. The other additions make the sausage special in taste.
You can also eat the outside of all sausages. It is made of pork casing. The Piment d’Espelette sausage line is 200 gr.
When do we eat this saucisson?
The sausages can actually be eaten at various times of the day. At breakfast, lunch or brunch. Mainly very tasty with drinks. Nice wine, a cheese or olives. The saucisson is not only bought for daily use, but also as a gift for friends / family or as a business gift.
Allergens
All Monsieur Saucisson saucissons contain no gluten. With one exception: the fried onion sausage. The sausages are not lactose free. In addition, all sausages may contain traces of nuts.
How long and how do I store the sausages?
The sausages will keep for at least 2 months. They are best kept outside of the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can hang the sausages up in the kitchen or cellar. Cut into pieces, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.
