Description
(Red) wine and dry sausage are inseparable. We now have the best of both worlds: the dry sausage with red wine and shallot. The red wine in the sausage gives it a deliciously subtle flavour, enriched with a fried shallot. This dry sausage has a stronger flavour due to the shallot. Excellent to combine with a nice glass of red wine or a good strong beer.
All Monsieur Saucisson sausages are made from pork with added herbs. Red wine and shallots have been added to this Saucisson. A real French dry sausage with a strong flavour. You can eat the outside of any sausage. The outside is made of pork casing. This is natural and therefore edible. The sausages weigh between 160 and 180 grams.
When do we eat these saucissons?
The sausages can actually be eaten at various times of the day. At breakfast, lunch or brunch. The sausage with red wine and shallots is particularly tasty with drinks. A nice glass of wine with it, a cheese or olives. The saucisson is not only bought for everyday use, but also as a gift for friends/family or as a business gift.
Allergens
All Monsieur Saucisson saucissons contain no gluten. With one exception: the fried onion sausage. The sausages are not lactose free. In addition, all sausages may contain traces of nuts.
How long and how do I store the sausages?
The sausages will keep for at least 2 months. They are best kept outside of the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can hang the sausages up in the kitchen or cellar. Cut into pieces, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.
