What is the ideal moment to eat these sausages?
The sausages can be eaten at many moments throughout the day, Breakfast, brunch or lunch. We think they really come into their own when having a drink at the end of the day. Perfect with a glass of wine and some olives or cheese on the side. The sausages are not only for everyday consumption but are also popular as a small gift to family, friends or clients.
Allergies
All our sausages are 100% gluten-free with the exception of our fried onion sausages. The sausages are not lactose-free and all our sausages can contain traces of nuts.
How long will the sausages remain edible?
The sausages are edible for a minimum of 2 months. They are best kept out of the fridge in a dark, dry place. You could hang-up the sausages in your kitchen, pantry or cellar. When sliced, the sausages remain good for 4 to 6 weeks.

Besides our online shop, we also have a shop at the famous Market Hall in Rotterdam. All our sausages are €5,- and 3 sausages for €14,-. This includes online purchases. With so many varieties, people find it hard to choose, which is the reason why we also provide a range of starters packages and tasting packages.
