A spicy dry beef sausage made from turkey meat and beef. The sausage is enriched with chilli pepper. The beef sausage spicy is a little spicy. The beef sausages contain no pork and are Halal certified. Ideal for people who can’t or don’t want to eat pork. The beef sausage is 200 grams each and available in various flavours.
How long and how do I keep the sausages?
The sausages can be kept for at least 2 months, including the spicy sausage. It is best to store these outside the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can hang the sausages up in the kitchen or cellar. When cut, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.
