The taste of France, now also on the go! These delicious dried Fagot sausages of beef and turkey are available per 4 pieces. Easy to take on the road, but also a must on any dinner plate. The beef/turkey Fagot sausages are, in comparison to other beef and pork sausages, soft in texture, but just as tasty! This delicious composition is perfect if you want to try something different.
Composition of bassoon
These beef/turkey bassoon sausages are made from beef and turkey with basic herbs added and are therefore 100% Halal. The outside of the sausages is made of collagen. This is natural and therefore edible.
When do we eat this bassoon?
The bassoon sausages can actually be eaten at various times of the day. Due to their small size, they are perfect as a snack or on a board; very tasty with a drink, and other appetizers such as cheese or olives.
All saucisson of Monsieur Saucisson contain no gluten. With one exception: the fried onion sausage. The sausages are not lactose free. In addition, all sausages may contain traces of nuts.
How long and how do I store the sausages?
The sausages will keep for a minimum of 2 months. They are best kept outside of the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can hang the sausages up in the kitchen or cellar. Cut into pieces, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.

If you prefer to taste the sausages first before you buy them, that’s also possible! We have 2 shops. One in the Markthal in Rotterdam and one in The Mall Of The Netherlands in Leidschendam. Especially at lunchtime, we sell delicious fresh sandwiches with our own saucisson.
