When do we eat this saucisson?

All Monsieur Saucisson saucissons contain no gluten. With 1 exception: the fried onion sausage. The sausages are not lactose free. In addition, all sausages may contain traces of nuts.

How long and how do I store the sausages?

The sausages in the top 10 package can be kept for at least 2 months. They are best kept outside of the fridge in a dark and dry place. You can also hang them up in the kitchen or cellar. When cut, the sausages will keep for about 4 to 6 weeks.
