Do you like duck green pepper or wild boar with juniper berries? You can also choose from terrine of venison with amargnac or tomatoes. Our terrine is delicious on a sandwich or to serve on toast. The terrine is delicious on various occasions. For example, it is delicious on a board with drinks, but also with breakfast, lunch or brunch. At Monsieur Saucisson you can be sure that your sausage contains no harmful added colourings, aromatic substances or flavourings. You can keep the terrine for a long time, up to two months. We advise you to store the sausage in a dry and dark place. It is also advisable to keep the terrine outside the fridge, provided it is closed. When it is opened it is best to keep it in the fridge.
