This chorizo sausage has a nice spicy flavour. Flavours of paprika can be found in this sausage. Chorizo is originally a Portuguese sausage, but this one was made by a Frenchman. It is somewhat drier and therefore less fatty than the normal chorizo that most people know. You can easily add this chorizo sausage to dishes, but it is advisable not to do so until the very end. Purely to warm it up.
